Haryana govt decided and released a notification. According to this notification govt decided public holiday in Gurgon on 14th October. As per source public holiday in on 14th October decided by Haryana govt. Haryana Chief Secreatry, Mrs Urvashi Gulati said that State Government decided to observe October 14, 2010 as a public holiday in all its public offices including educational institutions, Boards and Corporations situated with in limits of Guragon only on accounts celebration of the closing ceremony of Common Wealth Games.
