Psychiatry Department, PGIMS, Rohtak

1. Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology:
• No of Posts: 01(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs. 15600-39100+6600/-GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. MA/MSc in Psychology

ii. M.Phil In Clinical Psychology

iii. Three years Research/Clinical experience in the field of Clinical Psychology after obtaining the requisite degree.

iv. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Desirable: Ph.D in Clinical Psycholoy/Psychology

2. Assistant Professor in Psychiatric Social Work:
• No of Posts: 01(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs. 15600-39100+6600/-GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. MA in Sociology/Social Work.

ii. M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work

iii. Three years Research /Clinical experience in the field of Psychiatric Social Work after obtaining the requisite degree.

iv. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard Desirable: Ph.D in Psychiatric Social Work

State Institute of Mental Health, PGIMS Campus, Rohtak

1. Clinical Psychologist:
• No of Posts: 02(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. M.A./M.Sc (in Psychology) from a recognized University.

ii. Diploma in Medical & Social Psychiatry/M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized University/Institution. or

iii. Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from any recognized University

iv. Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric;

Desirable: One year experience in Research/Teaching/Clinical work from Deptt. of Psychiatry/ Institute of Mental Health/Recognized Psychiatry Hospital

2. Psychiatric Social Worker:
• No of Posts: 02(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. Master’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology from a recognized University/Institution.

ii. Postgraduate Diploma/M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric.

Desirable: One year experience in Research/Clinical Experience in the field of Psychiatric Social Work from department of Psychiatry/Institute of Mental Health/Recognized Psychiatric Hospital.

Drug-De-addiction Centre, Psychiatry Deptt., PGIMS, Rohtak

1. Psychiatrist:
• No of Posts: 01(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs. 15600-39100+6000/- GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. MBBS from any institute/University recognized by the MCI.

ii. Must be registered under the State Council/MCI

iii. MD(Psychiatry)/DPM

2. Psychologist:
• No of Posts: 01(GC)
• Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP + other allowances
• Qualifications and experience:

i. M.A. in Psychology; or M.Sc. in Psychology;

ii. M.Phil in Psychology; or Postgraduate two years diploma course in Medical and Social Psychology;

iii. One year experience in Psychology or Research; Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric.

3. Social Worker:

· No of Posts: 01(GC)

· Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP + other allowances

· Qualifications and experience:

o M.A. in Sociology or Social work;

o M.Phil in Sociology or Social Works or Postgraduate diploma in Psychiatric Social Work;

o One year experience in Social Work or Research;

o Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric.

Superintendent Girls Hostel

1. Superintendent Girls Hostel:

· No of Posts: 02(GC)

· Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800+Rs.4200 GP + other allowances.

· Qualifications and experience:

i. A woman candidate having Post Graduation in any discipline

ii. Five years experience as Superintendent/Asstt. Superintendent in a hostel having capacity of minimum 100 persons and managed by an Educational Institute/Trust/Registered Society.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric

Age Limit: 17 to 40 years
